Here are some pictures taken at a "petting" zoo in a metropark close to my parents.
I managed to get some unique poses from the animals, one; because of luck, and two; because it was feeding time!

Here is a robin egg I found in my yard beneath the downspout of the eaves troughs of my house,
abandoned by a young hatchling that must have been making it's home on my roof!
Here's a Japanese beetle that was crawling around in my driveway. I love the macro feature of my camera;
all of those wonderful, little details I get to capture of teeny things like this little beetle.
The beetle seemed fascinated with the camera lense, because he kept following it around as I was snapping pictures of him!
